Chambered in the tried and true .308 Win, the 16.1" DISSENT Br3 balances traditional bolt gun ergonomics with the versatility of a 30 caliber carbine. A full length picatinny top rail and M-LOK handguard allow for proper outfitting with modern optics and accessories.
Those looking for the full power cartridge equivalent of the AR15 often turn to the large frame “AR10”s like CMMG’s Mk3 platform, based on the popular DPMS Gen 1 High Pattern design. Like the AR15 though, the Mk3 and other AR10 sized rifles face the same scrutiny and arbitrary regulations in too many states and locales, barring people from modern rifles better suited for hunting, self-defense, and sporting use.
The Br3 is here to answer the call, bringing traditional controls and furniture together with modern engineering to deliver a platform to those in less free states. The Br3 lower is designed to use Remington 870 compatible stocks, and can accept all Mk3 compatible DISSENT upper groups.
